Guest Service Agent | Retail Sales | Marina Attendant

General Responsibilities:

This dynamic individual is responsible for communicating with guests and assisting with reservations for cabins, marina slips, RV Sites in person and via computer.  Greeting guests on arrival, assisting guest with check-in process, issue keys, and collecting payment information.  The agent is also responsible for retail sales in the ship store, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information.  The agent is also responsible for monitoring the marina and boats for problems and safety hazards, dispensing of fuel, sewage pump-outs, Pontoon boat rental processes and bathroom cleaning.
